Privacy Policy

AdOptIQ, operating from Pune, Maharashtra, India, is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data processed through adoptiq.in. You are the Data Principal. For any privacy request or complaint, write to our Grievance Officer at Adoptiq@adoptiq.in.

• Account data: name, email address, authentication identifiers (including Google sign-in identifiers), and account role.
• Content you provide: campaign and design briefs, brand kits (colours, fonts, logos, voice guidelines), uploaded product and reference images, knowledge base artefacts, and feedback messages.
• Generated data: AI-generated copy, key visuals, banner adaptations, PSD exports and their metadata.
• Usage and device data: page views, clicks on interface elements, feature usage counters and quota consumption, approximate device and browser information, IP-derived location, and error diagnostics.
• Billing data: plan, subscription status, invoice records, payment reference identifiers and country of payment. Card and bank credentials are collected and stored by our payment processor, never by us.

Our analytics events record which element was used, not the text you type. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data and ask you not to submit it in briefs.

• To provide the Service — generating creatives, storing your briefs and brand kits, exports, plan enforcement. Basis: performance of our contract with you and the consent you give when you submit content.
• To bill you — subscriptions, invoices, dispute handling. Basis: contract and legal obligation.
• To secure and improve the Service — abuse prevention, debugging, aggregate product analytics, distilling de-identified performance learnings. Basis: legitimate use as permitted under applicable law.
• To communicate — transactional emails, service notices, responses to your feedback. Basis: contract. Marketing email, if any, is sent only with consent and can be withdrawn.

Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time by writing to Adoptiq@adoptiq.in. Withdrawal may mean we can no longer provide parts of the Service.

• AI model providers — briefs, prompts and reference images are sent to the model providers that generate your copy and visuals.
• Cloud hosting and database providers — to run the application and store your content.
• Payment processor — to take payments and issue invoices.
• Analytics and error reporting providers — to measure usage and diagnose faults.
• Email delivery provider — to send transactional email from our alerts domain.
• Authorities — where disclosure is required by Indian law, a court order or a lawful request.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for third-party advertising. When you share a knowledge base with another user by email, that user can see the shared content — that sharing is your choice.

Some of our providers process data on servers outside India. Where that happens we transfer data only to providers bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations, and only to the extent permitted under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable government restrictions.

• Campaigns and creatives: deleted automatically after your account's data retention period — 15 days by default, configurable per account within your plan's limits.
• Brand kits and knowledge bases: retained while your account exists, so that learnings survive campaign clean-up. You can delete them yourself at any time.
• Account and billing records: retained for as long as needed for the account, and afterwards for the period required by tax and accounting law.
• Usage logs and analytics: retained in aggregated or de-identified form.

We use access controls with row-level database security, encrypted transport, server-side enforcement of plan entitlements, restricted administrative access and secret management for credentials. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as required by law.

• Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed.
• Correct or complete inaccurate data, and erase data that is no longer needed.
• Withdraw consent, and nominate another person to exercise your rights if you cannot.
• Raise a grievance and receive a response.

Write to Adoptiq@adoptiq.in from your registered email. We acknowledge requests within 3 working days and aim to resolve them within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences, plus analytics events to understand which features are used. You can clear cookies or block them in your browser, but sign-in will stop working.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly process the personal data of children. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above will change and material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice.
